"When reaching out on Home Advisor, Water Floods Restoration was the first company to respond, and very quickly, I might add! Amongst the many issues at my momâ s house, tackling the black mold problem, due to a leaky roof, was at the top of the list. David and his team did everything and then some to remedy the mold and improve her living area. David was great to work with. He held true to everything we discussed and was open to additional requests. His talented team did excellent work and they treated my 95-year old mom with kindness and care. I highly recommend this company. We are very pleased with the results."

"I was having health problems and Water Floods Restoration was able to find the source! I had a leaking pipe behind my built in wall system and therefore I could not see the damage behind it. I suspected I had a mold issue in the house because of the smell and i started experiencing what I thought were allergies. When they came they were able to find the location of the mold, fix the leak, remediate all hazards, put drywall back, and painted everything to look like new. They cleaned up like if they were never there. Water Floods and Restoration were efficient and the customer service was great! The owner even came at the end to verify the work was done properly. I highly recommend this company."

"We had a Hot Water heater hose malfunction and fill our condo with 1 to 2 inches of water. It ran for two days before anyone reported it. Upon calling Jim & Jay they responded and were on site in less than 2 hours. Their team set up and began excellent and professional remediation service. They took care of our Condo like it was their’s. Jay went out of his way to explain everything they were doing and documented it all. They were thorough and exceptionally clean throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this Team to anyone."

"I've have not ever been happier with a contracting team than I was with Ricky and his crew. The guys were more than accommodating and went over and above my expectations. They were hard workers, always on time, and I could not have asked for better contractors to do the job. Facing the mold remediation caused me to have anxiety but Ricky continually told me he had my back and would take care of everything...which he did! He made a stressful situation so much easier for me. They cleaned up all of the mess too, which I really appreciated. The guys were polite, on time, and I truly believe they take great pride in their work. I would hire them again in a second! It is so difficult to find dependable, honest and hard working contractors these days. I would rate them a "10" if I could!"

"Their mold remediation process is less expensive than traditional mold remediation. It dramatically reduces the amount of materials that must be removed, which in turn greatly reduces the replacement costs"

"Excellent customer service. I hired them to clean 2 air vents. I will hire them again for bigger projects. Happy customer. Stephanie J."

"I am so grateful for the incredible work this company did on my home. Discovering mold was stressful, and I was worried about what the process would involve, but they made everything so much easier from the very beginning. Their team responded quickly, was professional and honest, and took the time to explain everything to me. They handled the mold remediation thoroughly and also completed work on my roof. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the results exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared. They treated my home with respect, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right. I can honestly say I feel so much better knowing my home is safe and the roof repairs were completed properly. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with mold issues or needing roofing work."

"This company is Best In Class! They saved me from purchasing a home where the listing agent provided me with recent documentation of successful mold remediation a month prior to my contracting with Breath if Live Air Quality testing. This company showed up with less than 24 hours notice of a scheduled routine home inspection. They Turned preliminary results around in less than 36 hours and provided mapping of previously unidentified mold sources and moisture. As I continue to search for a home or condo I will definitely be using them again!!"
