I think the cost is fair for what they do. That's a little hard to answer because they give me a time frame when they expect to be there, but we are one of the last ones they clean during the day, so sometimes if they run into extra work at some place, then they may be a little late. I was extremely pleased with their competency. They explained exactly the procedure they would use including showing me photos and explaining the cleaning they would be performing on the blower unit. (Our AC system is one of the more complicated units, and I needed information concerning their work in cleaning the unit.) The Eclairs are very professional; they cleaned all the vents and returns inside and the covers; used a high pressure vacuum to blow out the entire duct system;cleaned the blower, coils, wires, drip pan; and installed a new return below the blower so that future cleaning had access to area in unit that had been unaccessible. They arrived on time, and in addition to the exceptional service, they were very pleasant to have in the home. I would highly recommend them. And we are no longer coughing from the very dirty system!!"
