"We ran into a residential mold issue due to running our A/C at very cold temps, which created moisture buildup within our ducts and at the supply grilles throughout the home. Within the same day, I had scheduled an on-site visit from Roger, their licensed mold inspector, who came to my house the next day, and was able to walk me through the causes of the mold, as well as what AdvantaClean could do to get rid of it. Roger accompanied them in the morning to show them all the "hot spots" that needed to be treated, and then the technicians, Luis and Juan, went to work. Luis and Juan could not have been more friendly, and by the end of their service call, I felt like I had new family members, that were genuinely invested in my happiness with the work performed.
