Within the same day, I had scheduled an on-site visit from Roger, their licensed mold inspector, who came to my house the next day, and was able to walk me through the causes of the mold, as well as what AdvantaClean could do to get rid of it. Roger accompanied them in the morning to show them all the "hot spots" that needed to be treated, and then the technicians, Luis and Juan, went to work.
