"We had a great design experience - Alfred Huertas worked with us to get the vision for our Kitchen and 2 Bath remodel converted to an open design and we are satisfied with the final result. Biggest disappointment was the proficiency of the subcontractors and the length of time it took (over 18 months). We had a large tile job and the quality of install was below DIY. Quality issues we found in the original install took multiple visits by the punch tech to address. The quality of materials and appliances was good - very satisfied. Alfred was instrumental in getting our stalled project moving again by being a vocal advocate for us with S&W leadership. Since we were not living in the home during the remodel, it felt like the job suffered a lack of priority at S&W. Be a squeaky wheel. If you choose S&W - stay involved with the choice of subcontractors and scheduling. ‘First available’ yielded subpar results."

This remodel involved blowing out walls,, creating an arch entrance, and moving the kitchen foot print as well as painting, flooring, electrical etc. Kevin our GC was very detailed and communicated well with us throughout the entire process! When a few hiccups happened along the way Kevin was quick to fix and resolve the issue. All the work was done at a very professional level. Go ahead and call South Shore! You won’t be disappointed!"

"We had our shower area replaced and the install took 1 day. The team was very knowledgeable and helpful and the shower was customized to my liking!! Would highly recommend !!"

"I could not be happier with this company from contract to completed projects. It all starts with the sales guy Marty. He was right on time for the consultation and the next day I had an estimate. I got several estimates from other companies, and Blue Horizons was in the middle -- not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The first crew to show up drained the pool and replace the tile which looks amazing. We then had to have a leak fixed which Blue Horizons doesn't do but they coordinated with the guy who fixed the leak so I didn't' have to do that coordination. Next up were the paver guys who do amazing work. We also had a drain installed so it took these guys about a week to finish, but they were there every day by 8a and worked until at least 5p and somedays later. Once they finished the pool refinisher guys showed up a few days later to refinish the pool Once the water was added they sent a couple guys out a few times to make sure the all of the chemicals were correct. I had one small issue and I sent an email to the office at 10p at night. By 7a the next morning someone had responded and had already contacted my crew when they got there for the day. They have some of the best communication and timeliness of anyone. Wish I could use them for all my jobs around my house. :)"

"From start to finish, our experience with Kitchen Crafters was nothing short of outstanding.  We coordinated with part owner Dominic who was available throughout the process; he was always patient, helpful and answered all of our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner.  Dominic met with us and helped us choose all of the fixtures and was always upfront about available upgrades and pricing . Once the project started, the work was done quickly and professionally with care taken every step of the way to minimize disruption to our lives and reduce the spread of dust and debris from demolition.  The project was completed on time and within budget.  It should also be noted several weeks after the project was completed a drain component of one of the new bathroom sinks failed, causing a minor flood in the bathroom.  Thanks to the thoughtfullness of Dominic who had suggested we have quarter turn water shut-off valves installed under each sink, we were able to quickly turn off the water and avoid any significant damage.  At the time of the incident, upon texting Dominic he called us within 10 minutes even though it was about 9:30 PM; he coordinated for a plumber to come out within several days to fix the problem free of charge.  In summary, if you are looking for kitchen and/or bathroom renovation, whether the job is large or small, stop looking and call Kitchen Crafters and arrange to talk with Dominic and get an estimate; YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! The house we are in now is not our forever home so rest assured we will be using Kitchen Crafters again.

"Make sure everything is exact items and price when you get the contract. Look it over with a fine tooth comb. Careful about being told one price and when item is delivered price changes. Have it written and signed.
Mad River did a great job. The workers are professional and friendly. They let me time lapse video the pool installation. On time each morning and was continuous progress. Gave us a great surprise with an upgrade that was unexpected. Just happen to be at the right place at the right time.
They came in and measured, cleared out the grass and even helped me pull up a couple of trees they didn't need to. Dug a 6' hole and left it overnight to see if it filled up. Morning, no water, great. They brought in a large crane and dug the hole and leveled the bottom with gravel at the deep end. The pool was trucked in on a flatbed. The crane lifted it and placed it in the hole. They really wanted to make sure it was level so they lifted and leveled it 3 times to make sure it was right.
They then placed dirt around it and partially filled it. Next, installed all the plumbing and the filter. We had a salt filter system put in and lots of people recommend that. Filled the rest of the outside of the pool with dirt and the water inside. Once done, the paver guys came and did a great job preparing for and placing the pavers. When that was done, the screen guys came and constructed the screen room. We have 20/20 mesh. Great to keep most of the bugs out.
They all cleaned up after themselves every day.
So far, only had a small problem and Mike came over right away to fix it. Inspections went smoothly.
Another nice surprise, we didn't know that our pool came with a colorful underwater LED light. Love surprises and Mike seemed to have a few.
We love our pool and will recommend Mad River Pools to anyone!!!

"We lost our lost our pool enclosure due to a wind storm in August. We had at least 5 estimates and many ideas and opinions as to how and when to proceed because the enclosure had to be coordinated with the roof replacement also. Donny was very prompt with  returning phone calls and was available numerous times to talk in person. The installers were professional, arrived when they said they would and did a good job. The fact that 3 other neighbors used Design Pro Screens tells you that the price was right. We would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend Design Pro Screens to friends, family and neighbors.
