"Did a tub to shower install. It's been ok, they seemed to not use a larger shower than they could of. 30 inches of max depth is too small. Gave a call to see if possible to enlarge. Bac8sly install another. I can't afford that, told then NO. Even though I told no, I still receive two or three calls a week. A real pain. How can I get them to stop calling??"

"If you ever heard of a horse whisperer, then Todd is a house whisperer. We hired him to do a number of things needed to get insurance on an old house we purchased. He got everything done literally the day after we moved in and came in under budget. And the insurance agency was able to sign off on the repairs needed to maintain the insurance policy less than a week after moving in. We couldn't be happier. He also identified a number of crucial repairs that our original inspector (from a different company) missed. And when it came to getting the repairs done we needed for insurance on the house we just purchased, he got it done literally in one day after we moved in. And went above and beyond fixing additional things not noted by the insurance company paperwork without additionally charges. Like I said, he came in under budget and then saved us money on insurance. We are pleased with the work and will be using his company for a number of other projects in the future such as remodeling a bathroom."
