The second one gave us an insane price like if money was grown on trees. However, Martinez was very reasonable in price and what we like was that since the first time he saw the project, he told us that the floor will look like new with a hard sanding. We moved everything out of the house, my suggestion is to hire a moving company, that way you make sure your furniture and belongings are well take care of. The crew is also very nice and respectful, will pay attention to detail, and will clean after they finish. The sanding is the worst part, but it's not something you can't tolerate; they have machines that make little dust, trust me, we stayed in the house and my wife is allergic to everything. When that part is done, everything else is a breeze. At the beginning, we were going to leave it natural, but my wife decided she wanted to stain the floor. So we chose and Ebony color, very gorgeous. We really like it a lot. The job took around 7 days to be completed and the floor really look amazing. We are very content with our new-looking hardwood flooring and we really appreciate everything Martinez floor did to make it happen. We'll be referring them to friend and family for sure."
