The price he gave me was so low I could not, in good conscience, pay what he asked for after observing the quality of his work. I paid him more than his bid. I cannot recommend anyone any higher than I would him. He walked in, bid on the job, and started right away. Finished the next morning all on the weekend. This was a big and difficult job that included removing 1970s wallpaper which had been applied on almost every surface, including the kitchen ceiling. It did not strip easily. These guys did an absolutely beautiful job. The kitchen ceiling is flawless. You would never imagine what it used to look like. They finished on time. They were very neat.
