The appointment process was easy. Yesterday, Wes came to my home with his crew, Louis and David. Within 15 minutes, the crew had the equipment in the door, told me the plan for the day, and then went to work. Dave and Louis worked diligently as they cleaned my floors. They checked with me as the job progressed. My floors are now clean and sparkling as I want them. Louis and Dave made sure I was satisfied before they ended the work.
