"I called and spoke with Mike. I explained the services I wanted and my time frame, and he agreed it was doable. After getting information on the phone concerning location, size, and present condition, he gave my a conditional quote and scheduled a visit. He made the visit on the appointed day and called me with helpful suggestions and reminded me of something I forgot to do at the home.
