"The roof cleaning went well, good job! However I am a bit disappointed in the pool cage cleaning. The actual cleaning of the framework was good but a corner of the screen was pushed away from the framework exposing the area. After calling Mr. McIntosh, he was apologetic and said he would come out posthaste and personally take care of it. After two additional phone calls and two text messages I have yet to hear back from him. It's been nearly four weeks since the service was performed. I've given up on reaching him or seeing him to correct his crews error."

"I have used Shannon's services for like 5-6 years now. I trust her and her staff and they are always a pleasure to talk to. I see another review about staff turnover -- While she may have some staff turnover, she make sure they are trained right and that they do a thorough job. It's tough to find good help, and this is no exception. I love that she takes the time to make sure everything is cleaned rather than putting a time limit on everything."
