Every aspect of the process was fouled up aside from answering the phone. Its been a month now and I still have a gaping hole in my window. They have no called no showed on me 4 times now. Three of those were times that they selected.

When the window they took out I thought was cracked and they saw it was not cracked they told me the truth and did not replace it and charge me. That is honesty in business which is rare.
