Thank you, thank you. We were having a problem with the septic tank drain over the weekend. First plumber I called could not get out for several days. They actually recommended Gillum-Waddell. The came out same day. Fixed the problem. The service man was pleasant. friendly and knowledgeable. The price was much less than I had considered. Will recommend them to others..

They are very good, very respectful and established.They get A's across the board! I highly recommend them! They've even had to crawl over my cat box! They are awesome. They are the only plumbing company that I will use.

They were first rate. They initially tried to fix our old water heater but it was completely fried. Two days later they were back with a brand new water heater. They replaced some old plumbing valves as well as installed the new heater. Although the company seemed to be very busy, they did their best to accommodate us as quickly as possible to keep cold showers to a minimum! They were very nice, professional and reasonably priced.

My faucet in the kitchen was leaking on the cold water side. Also i had purchased a hand held shower head that needed to be installed correctly. My brother had attached the new hose to the old part. All work was completed and working perfect. The price included a part that was needed for the faucet. Have been calling this company for plumbing since 2001. Would give them a A PLUS if I could.

Called Gillum Waddeell- immediately got the service coordinator, Tommy Knapp. Always courteous and professional. Reworked the schedule to get us worked in and our plumber, Roger, was on time as scheduled, was polite as always, determined the causes of the issues, quickly retrieved the parts and fixed our problems. They rock!!!

We had a tight schedule, but Gillum was able to send someone at a convenient time to work with the counter installers. Work was completed quickly and properly.
