Canin actually spends time to try to remove stains, is knowledgable, thorough and fantastic. He may not offer the coupon deals that the big companies advertise, but in cases like this, you get what you pay for. We had to use Stanley Steemer once for scheduling reasons and there just wasn't a comparison. The $99 deal was not a deal at all-- complete waste of time and money as they had this poor sweaty, tired guy run through our house. He told us we were his 6th job of the day and he really just did a quick once-over and had to run to the next job. I won't make that mistake again-- I'll hold out for a date when Canin is available!"

"Richard, the Sales Associate, came out to our home for the estimate exactly at the time he said he would be there. He also brought samples for us to look at while he was measuring the rooms. Richard was extremely pleasant and informative and we scheduled the work that same day. The installers, two gentlemen whose names I unfortunately don't remember, called to let me know they were on their way and they also arrived at the time promised. Those two men worked extremely hard and fast and did an excellent job! They even pointed out to me some changes they wanted to make that made the carpet look so much better where it would meet at tile the floors in kitchen and entry ways. On a side note, Carpet Barn had also installed our tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms several years back so we knew we were in good hands."
