"The tech was great! He respected my home by taking of his shoes at the door which was 3 stars out the gate. He explained what he was going to do to fix the issue which was redirecting my gasline so the my new stove would go al the way to the wall. He patched the área that was cut wasn't perfect or pretty but it's behind the stove. I can sand and repaint it another day, I just wanted my issue resolved more than anything and he cleaned any mess that he made. He worked hard to fix the issue and it seemed fine but after we had the same problem a week later, he wound up coming back on even shorter notice to make it right. He was great! "I called Jerry on a Saturday. Jerry worked with me and gave me a solution until he could get the part on Monday to avoid me paying twice for a problem he was able to diagnose on the phone. Very professional and helpful. Jerry always seems all about the customer and finding solutions when they are in a bind. When my pressure tank failed I was on the phone with him Off and on for about an hour. Jerry was patient and professional. His son replaces the pressure tank and was just as professional. $600ish for the pump install and was $345 parts and labor for the pressure tank install"
