"JSS Green Planet does excellent work. For us they tore out a wall fireplace, replaced it with a sliding glass patio door, added an 8' by 2' hurricane glass window high above the sliding door, redid a deck in synthetic planks, tiled a screen porch, installed LVP flooring throughout, painted interior walls and trim, redid a bathroom and redid lighting in kitchen, loft , bedroom and living areas with dimmable LED puck lights. Very professional and we love the results. Jordan's plans and estimates were right-on, Scott's construction was top notch and Jennifer's advice was priceless. We highly recommend them."

"David has working on multiple rental properties and two commercial offices for me. He is as much an awesome designer work an architects eye (but much cheaper) that also does construction. He is pragmatic and plans out the project and materials exceptionally well. And he typically arrives on site in the late mornings which is nice so that you won't be woken up by construction noise! Quality work that isn't rushed is hard to find. If you want it done right with great ideas. Call David!!"

"I worked with Zach to install the new Inhalus SONO floors in my home (5 bedrooms and stairs at ~1200 square feet). He was professional and walked me through the costs (including potential extras if there were issues with my foundation). Zach measured all of my rooms with a laser measure (including the closets) and was able to upload the dimensions of my rooms onto his laptop. This was really helpful because we were able to get a more exact count for flooring and to track the progress of the floor installation. Zach pays the installation team the total cost he charges customers (meaning Pelican Floors doesn't keep any of the installation charges) and this really showed in the expertise in the team who installed the floors. Mike and Chris (installers) were quick, professional, and did an excellent job (even though it was a new material). I would definitely hire them them again."
