Best lead testing and removal specialists near Viera, FL

"After having called several companies which did not impress, I called this company and spoke to Yoni. From the moment I met him, I knew he was the real deal. A lot of companies know how to remove mold, but with Yoni, I felt like he was a close, personal friend who had my back, and who I could trust to do the work, do it right, and in a timely fashion. I hired him to do a job and not only did he do it perfectly and professionally, but also he inspected my whole condo, found other issues and took care of them! In addition, after I had already paid him, he discovered another issue which he also took care of just out of the goodness if his heart. To say that he went above and beyond is a major understatement. I wish I could have paid him double his asking fee because he deserves it. Don't even give it a second thought; there is no better than Yoni and his company! Thank you Yoni, all the best."

"They just did the testing. I haven't had the work done yet. Shawn was very knowledgeable and found what the real causes were which saved me a lot."

"FL R&R did a superb mold remediation job requiring cabinet and countertop removal as well as drywall. Their cleanup after demolition was excellent and the crew courteous. Most notably, the drywall repair, texturing and painting was impeccable. The job was completed as they had projected, and at a cost far less than a competitorâ s bid."

"I used PbO3 for asbestos and lead pain testing, as well as the final air quality inspection. It's hard to imagine how anyone could do a better job. They were highly communicative (which is rare these days), fast, and efficient. The price was fair. Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because I can't give 10. highly recommend for anyone needing their services."

"Will is very knowledgeable and explained the testing very clearly. He made sure to allay our worries. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. Would definitely hire him again! Highly recommend."

"I have been very lucky to meet Tera! She is highly professional, very honest, very friendly and just helped me so much through the entire process! While I was going through frustration of reaching other professionals, she explained to me how the process works with mold assessment, remediation etc. It's not easy to figure out where to start and what to do when you are dealing with it for the first time in your life. Tera performed outstanding job on her own and also referred other professionals to the table to make sure it will help me to get the best possible outcome and get the problem to resolve in the right way. I can't recommend Tera and her company enough! Recommended 100%!"

"Both ladies were very friendly and professional. However it was hard for me to feel 100% at ease because at times they appeared unknowledgeable or asking each other about proper use of their equipment. They did come out fast to my property when another appointment I had with a mold tester fell through.

"Wonderful company! He was very punctual, did a great job. We got our test results back quickly and were able to get our issue taken care of when we needed to. Very flexible about rescheduling. Highly recommended."

"Had massive mold damages to my property after a flash flood hit us bad in Kissimmee 4 months ago. Immediately contracted Adjuster Groups to have them help out with filing a claim. They arranged all the testing and removal after the insurance panned out the money. Great service and aazing response time!"
