"Kelly has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with our pool! My 90 year old Mom was suddenly left with a â greenâ pool after loss of cleaning service due to a family emergency. I contacted Kelly from out of town to get a quote to start service. Kelly showed up quickly, immediately assessed the situation, including installing a new pump. He has worked with me every step of the way and we are now on our way to a clean pool and great monthly service! Kelly has been very responsive and a joy to work with in this situation. I highly recommend this pool service!"

"CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."
