"So happy that my 3-year contract expired! Fire alarms randomly went off in the middle of the night several times, the security alarm also went off several times and NEVER received a call to check on our safety. Many of our neighbors have experienced the same issues, but unfortunately for them, they are still tied to the contract. I WOULD NOT TRUST THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF YOUR FAMILY ON THIS COMPANY. Asked to cancel the contract multiple times due to my increased concerns of lack of security monitoring. Even when they can’t deliver on their responsibilities, they will not let you out of the contract. $58 a month wasted on this Company. Even when the contract expired, they still require you to sent email cancelling the contract...and pay a partial month? Another Company with an ounce of decency would’ve let you out of the contract after it expired without having to partial pay month after contract had already expired, particularly when they never reached out to check on your family when alarms went off. Sent email to Sharen Overstreet, still no acknowledgement or response of my request to cancel the contract."

"Absolutely excellent! They came out quickly to measure my counters and had a quote the next day. I had a mishap from Home Depot with one of my cabinets and needed to wait until the new one came in. I let them know that it would take me a week or two until I was ready. My word was good enough for them to proceed with cutting my granite so that I wouldn't have to wait for them once my cabinets were installed. I called over the weekend and on Tuesday morning I had an appointment. The crew was friendly and polite. They did an excellence job with the install, sealed the granite, and gave me clear instructions on care. They even polished the edges of my sink cut out right there on site so I could use it as a tabletop... no extra charge! I highly recommend them and will be calling on High Tech Granite for future projects!"

"Royal Remodeling did a fantastic job on our master bathroom suite. We had a pretty extensive remodel which included moving around most of the plumbing and creating new walls for the space. From start to finish they were very professional. Stan was there at the beginning to help with the design and selections for the finishes. He was very patient as well as informative regarding the latest trends. The showroom offered a perfect opportunity to make selections, which were abundant, but not overwhelming. They had Cambria countertops, high-quality wood cabinets, and several options for flooring. Vic managed the project from start to finish. He was excellent with communication, always making sure we knew when to expect someone. The in-house crew was very professional and polite. They did high-quality work. They also did a few extras without any complaint and did a wonderful job. Overall we couldn’t be happier with our finished product and would highly recommend them to anyone."
