He did not charge me, even though I offered to pay him, as his company does not charge for initial inspections. Side note - I was able to set up the appointment over the holidays while he was on a short vacation for the holidays. I would definitely recommend this company for mold inspection/testing."

Work was followed up by a supervisor who tested whole house for any further signs of damp or spores, found none but did extra treatment for good measure and made excellent recommendations for future prevention.
