It was awesome. The service provided was very efficient and fairly priced. The report was professional and easy to read and use for my warranty claims.

Freddie Cortes was scheduled to be there about 5:00 pm on Thursday.  By 7:00 pm he had not called and had not appeared.  I called him and he showed up about 7:30 pm in a less than professional state.  He had not gotten out of the garage by 9:00 pm but said he had to leave and said he would be back on Friday morning. Again a no show, so I called and he showed up about 2:00 pm.  I reminded him that the whole purpose of hiring him was so I could fix stuff over the weekend.  He promised to have my report by noon on Saturday. I called his cell 5 times on Saturday afternoon with no answer.  I  e-mailed him Saturday at 8:11 pm asking when I would get the report.  He replied that he had not promised, he had only said he would "Try" and promising that I would have it by NOON on Sunday. On Sunday I emailed at 1:10 because no report....and again at 2:45 because no report or response....and again at 6:45 pm and still no report. I went on my bank site and put a stop payment on the check.  Finally I got  the report about 8:00 pm Sunday night.....way too late to do anything over the weekend. Then he called on Monday morning complaining that I had put a stop payment on his check.
In addition to the above, his report focused almost wholly on the roof because he was trying to get me to use a claims adjuster friend of his to see if we could get the insurance company to pay for a new roof that another friend's roofing company would install.
On Monday the buyer's inspector found several things that Freddie had not  found (the roof passed by the way)..
Based on my interactions with this company there is no way in heck I would EVER hire them again or recommend in any way. 
 Oh yeah, after all my troubles with this guy, he sent  an e-mail asking me to review him on linked in !

We used them to get a home inspection so that we could get the home insurance. They dragged their feet to turn in their report until finally the home insurer himself had to call them.
It was raining when they came out and I wanted them to come and take a picture later of the roof to show that it was perfect. They charged me $50.00 extra. It's just very bad customer service. They knew how important it was for me to get the report. I had to call them over and over, email them.
To me, they didn't do what they were supposed to do. Yes, they came and did the inspection but what's the use of doing an inspection if you don't produce the results?

Freddie was personal, professional ,and very thorough in his assessment of our 32 year old manufactured home we  were about to purchase. He identified areas of concern including a water leak under the house, and an over loaded utility breaker box that was a potential fire hazard, and a roof over the storage shed that needed work. These were acknowledged and corrected by the seller before our purchase. Since I had signed up in the Orlando area on Angie's list, but live in The Villages, it was a much longer trip for Freddie than he originally anticipated, yet he kept his bargain and made the trip any way.  I appreciated his diligence.

He came on time. Inspected the outside, attic and roof. I could not ask for any more attention to details. He was very thorough and professional!

He did a great job and the reports were thorough with recommendations of needed repairs or repairs possibly needed in the future.

Freddie did a great job on inspecting a house an older house built in 1991.  He provided an 4 point inspection (Electrical, roof, plumbing and structure) for home insurance quotes and also provided detailed inspection report (around 97 pages).  The inspection report showed findings, safety concerns, HD pictures with each findings, and estimated costs for each finding.   We had an issue with the AC not working properly and I was able to get an AC technician to investigate further where full replacement was needed.  He spent more than half a day doing the inspection and also had the opportunity to see and learn his inspection's techniques.  Luckly, I cancelled the contract so the seller don't provide a lemon house.
I highly recommended his work for other clients when doing home inspections and wind mitigation. Also, Freddie does provide construction work on fixing the home as well.

Freddie came out to a house I was looking to purchase and performed a termite inspection in and out. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the inspection.

This was my first experience having work done  by this company, and Mr Cortes was very professional with his presentation of the work that was  to be done . The team working on the job were very professional also, and went far and above to do a great job.  Overall I was very pleased and impressed with  the work performed and would positively refer to friends, relatives and any  entity seeking a professional to do this type of work and other type  work . The other impression was that they left after completion, leaving the premisses totally cleaned up. Good job to Mr. Cortes and his working team.

It was such a relief to have had such an experience company do the job. They even rerouted 4 sprinklers for me for free and took all the roots out from underneath the driveway to prevent it from raising up again. They were prompt, professional, and experienced. Thanks guys Iove my new driveway!!!!

I am so grateful  I hired these guys.they did a tremendous job. The owner was so prompt, professional, and  did everything he said he was and more. They removed all of the roots that caused the issue in the first place and rerouted some sprinkler lines for me free of charge. Thes guys were  professionals and it showed .
