I called ace solves it all and they were able to send a technician within 2 hours. David Castillo was the technician, who inspected the leak and was able to explain to me and the homeowner (in Spanish) what the issues were and give us a quote to fix the issue (this was after 6pm, so no after hour charge yay). David was very professional and was able to fix the issue the same day.
