HIGHLY Recommend! The service is exceptional! Above and Beyond what is common in the business world today. Fair and ethical practices and great at explaining the cause of the repair problem Mr JR showed up to help us out before the agreed upon time because a part came in early. He came late in the day to do the repair. He will always be my repairman for any future needs.

JR came out within 24 hours of a phone call and installed our new microwave. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his company. Job well done!

They charged $89 fee to come out and then charged hourly labor when doing the job. Most places use that fee to come out toward labor and charge additional labor if the job is excessive. The job to 15 minutes so I was charged an additional $65 labor

JR was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We had an issue that had to be addressed before our install, he gave us a recommendation and assured they'd be out as soon as that was completed.

They were absolutely fantastic to work with and extremely responsive in answering any and all of my questions.

Christmas miracle! The oven stopped working on Christmas Eve, just when we were about to cook the big Christmas meal for the family. I called JR and he came out right away on Christmas Eve. He fixed the problem in minutes and only charged for a standard service call. No one else comes out that fast, fixes the problem that quickly, or provides better customer service.

I highly recommend JR Quality Appliance Service. JR, the owner, arrived promptly on time and repaired my refrigerator for a VERY reasonable price! He is very courteous, efficient, honest and friendly person! He said that his family owned company can repair any appliance. He is now our GO TO appliance repair service!!
