It is going very well.  I am very pleased with his work and attention to detail.  Stellar Design was referred to me from Prosource, which is a highly regarded product distributor.  This company is exactly what I had hoped for in a contractor.

AMAZING! 5 Star service! I can't say enough wonderful things about Josh and his crew. I got several bids from other local vendors. Stellar Design came in the lowest, which sometimes makes me question the quality of work. Let me tell you, IT DOES NOT. Josh is meticulous about every detail, no matter how minor. He takes great pride in the job he does. As he should. I have never worked with a more professional team, who I truly felt wanted our kitchen to be as beautiful as we had dreamed. We waited 9 years to be able to make this happen, and trusting Josh with the process was the best thing we ever did. He helped us make decisions that would save us money, but not keep us from achieving the look we were going for. They were here when they said they would be here. They cleaned up every day. I knew where we were in the process daily. The only additional charges from my original estimate were things we agreed to add, and he was very clear with what the costs would be. There were no surprises when I got my bill. I was concerned about that because I have heard so many horror stories. I truly can't say enough about the Stellar Design team. We are already planning our next project for them. It is so good to know there are still good, honest people out there. I trust Josh completely. He treated my home as if it were his own, and I truly appreciate that. Don't hesitate to hire them. They are WONDERFUL!

I like that they are very creative. The owner came up with some of the things they did in the bathroom. They are very easy to work with. He works well with customers. He does not get flustered easily when things change. He is demanding to stylize the quality of the work so he wants to make sure that everything is just right. If something needs to be redone he will redo it to make sure that it is right. I would definitely use them in the future.

Josh is the most reliable and dependable contractor that I've ever hired. He arrived early for his initial consultation and submitted a written estimate within a few days. Once his team started, they continued until the job was completed. Josh kept me informed throughout the reno and personally took my calls when I had questions or concerns. When I couldn't find interior doors or trim to match what I was looking for, Josh was able to build up the trim to match exactly what I was looking for and designed the doors to match what I wanted. Adam on his team custom built 13 doors for my house that look incredible. Josh helped make suggestions when I was unsure about design choices. He made several suggestions that made my small house come out looking like a custom home. I highly recommend Josh and his team to anyone looking for custom work, flooring or cabinet installation. I plan on using them again later this year to renovate my master bath.

Josh and his crew are professional, knowledgeable and hard-working. Josh consistently offered design suggestions and solutions for both projects that enhanced the end result. They are dependable and easygoing in the sense that they are calm in the face of unexpected problems and/or delays. We had wrong parts or missing parts with some of our bathroom materials, but Josh always adjusted and work around the issues without complaint. They were respectful of our home, our time and us as the homeowners. One thing I appreciated was how they cleaned up their work area everyday and even cleaned up after some of the other trades. Josh worked well with the other trades involved in our remodels (plumber, electrician, painters, etc.) and would contact them when necessary. We were very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others. In fact, we plan on having them do more work for us and have already recommended them to friends.

After reviewing  2 other contractors, I chose Stellar Designs to handle my project.  Josh met with me at my home several times to discuss the details, and meticulously measure the space. Once all of the materials arrived, Josh and his crew completed the demo and installed wood flooring in the kitchen, family room and hallways.  Tile flooring was installed in the 2 baths and laundry room. Stellar Designs also installed new cabinetry in all spaces, as well as the tile backsplash, and tile in the showers. They were courteous and worked well with the other trades (electricians and plumbers). While in my home, Josh and his crew went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the end result.  I am an Interior Designer and have worked with a number of contractors over the years.  I highly recommend Stellar Designs to execute your remodeling projects.

WE WERE ABSOLUTELY 100% SATISIFIED!!!!!  Josh was extremely professional and prompt.  He did exactly what he said he would do and the room is beautiful and he did it in one week.  He and his crew did a fantastic job and cleaned up any mess that was made.  We were not on Angie's list at the time and were unable to give a review.  Now that we are on Angie's list it was important that we went and gave him the review he so deserved.  Thank you Josh!!

Our bathroom is gorgeous! Josh and his crew did am amazing job. They are extremely polite and courteous - even when working very long days I never heard any of the grumble. Josh is just growing his business and was training some new members of his team, so some of the work took a little longer than expected. We had limited availability and only had them work when we were home so it dragged out the timeline a bit more than expected. They are meticulous, which can mean additional time - but I would rather have that than a rushed job.
Josh was very creative in solving any problems that arose and his design work helped to give our bathroom a unique touch. They worked late into the evening when necessary and Josh was always good about following up and keeping us informed. His business is growing and Im afraid I will never get him back again for any future work because he will be so busy!

Josh did an amazing job. I was just as concerned with what went behind the walls as with what went on top and he made everything perfect. The floor is level and the walls are square and plumb. My bathroom is protected because he chose the correct materials to waterproof and seal the grout correctly. His tile and finishing work are great. He spends extra time to make sure everything is perfect. He has a great eye for design and style and can help you with design ideas and options. He always stayed in contact and showed up when he said he would. He was also very good about letting me know if my material choices would affect the price. The price came out as I expected, there were no hidden costs, etc. He and his team are very professional and considerate. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor.

First of all I must say that the results are stunning and we love the job that Josh did in our house. He was hard to get a hold of at first, but only until we had a contract. He is a very hard working, pleasant, professional and very likely the most honest contractor around. The project it self was going well until the ceiling started leaking some unidentified color patches through the knock down and the 3 layers of paint (we are talking about all rooms except for the kitchen) that had been applied. It was a nightmare for everyone involved. The project took much longer to complete than expected but Josh came back diligently and continued to complete his job. After several layers of stain blocking paint and a lot of extra hours on his behalf he finished the job successful. I also want to mention that he came back to fix things even after we had already paid him the full amount. I would highly recommend his services and we are likely to use him again in the future. Thank you Josh! You went above and beyond what any other contractor would have done for us. We love our ceilings!

All Custom Construction was hired to totally gut our bathrooms
which meant most every thing was torn out. Old
tile,tub,toilet,vanities,drywall all removed. Josh was very careful
to make sure everything was square and level before installing tub
and tile on walls and floor. Josh performed most of the work with the
help of an associate during some of the tile work. As the worked
progressed some time Josh had a new idea or area to make a change and
talked with us before proceeding. He didn't believe in cutting any
corners and used the best products on the market. His quotes included
all demolition and removal, drywall, tile backer board, tile, paint
and chalking. I provided all hardware, plumbing supplies, tub,
toilets, vanities, faucets for tub,shower and sink. Josh went out of
his way to help us find the right granite tops with sinks for our
vanities. He also was very instrumental in helping us pick the right
color scheme to paint.
Josh was such a pleasure to work with and will hire All Custom
Construction in the future for some exterior work I need done.

Mr. Borchard's scope of work was specific to preparing an older home for resale, including doing the described work quickly. His budget was established not to exceed that which would ordinarily be charged for quality work but not custom work. He responded well to scope creep. His price was very fair for our expectation of meeting our sales listing deadline and quality of work performed. Mr. Borchard was very professional and courteous. He took the time that previous contractors and handymen did not to identify, engineer and correct a defect in living room ceiling. He prepared his work area and surrounding area to minimize construction dirt and debris. His work site was clean at the end of each day.

Josh arrived to give his estimate in a timely manner and quoted what we felt was a fair price. Unfortunately due to some unforseen items that arose, the price did go up. Some of these items were changes made by us, some for reasons which we had no control over, older building issues, etc.
The work done was quality work, contractors brought in by Josh were professional and pleasant to work with. The biggest issue we had was with time estimated for the job. It was not adequate and took a lot longer than was anticipated. And now to get punch items completed it is taking a bit longer than we would like.
I would, however, recommend All Custom to anyone looking for a creative and honest contractor. Josh and his team did an excellent job.

I am a perfectionist and can do many things, so when I hire a contractor, I expect that person to do the work as good as I do but hopefully better. The tape on our patio ceiling was loose and after a couple of repairs (done by us), we determined we needed professional assistance. We had a couple of bids to do the work prior to Josh coming over to give us an estimate. At his suggestion (which we greatly appreciated), we hired him to install a wood ceiling. He patiently went over the entire process to do the work, including what we will have to do in the futre (which is to paint) to maintain the ceiling. He also hung a new ceiling fan and two lights as part of the job. Because he did such an outstanding job, we asked him to give us a bid to paint the exterior of our home. Again, we already had two bids, but knowing Josn's attention to details, we hired him. There were (what I am calling) bubbles on our garage door. I did not realize they had to be scraped, filled in, sealed and then painted, but Josh explained how he would do the work - the door looks brand new! Once the exterior was painted, he brought in someone (who is also very good) to finish the paining. Before this guy began, Josh went around the entire house putting blue stickers showing this guy what needed touching up. To say that Josh is a and quot;findand quot; is an understatement. Not only is he personable, he is trustworthy, his prices are fair and he really cares about doing quality work. I have recommended him to many of my friends and will call him first when I have future projects that I cannot do myself!

Overall, we had a great experience with this company and would recommend it to everyone who needs job to be done professionally, without overcharges or and ldquo;unexpectedand rdquo; costs.

Found Josh on AngiesList and made phone contact. He was very quick to respond. He came to our place to view the work and create a quote. I was very impresses with his knowledge. We contracted for the remodeling of the bathroom. He was responsive to our needs on a short turn around for the completion. He was great with communication and our needs for the work. This is a second home for us making coordination difficult. We live in another state. Through phone callers, text messaging, and photos josh kept me in the loop during the process. He is professional in all aspects of a remodeling project. We could not be happier with the work. We have already contracted him for another project!! Just an awesome experience!

In my 65 years of experience I have never dealt with a nicer or more accomodating craftsman. The work was spot on and the finished product is simply beautiful. Due to shipping delays from the mfr. Josh and his brother were forced to work around my mother, and they did so respectfully and with good cheer. Not only was their finished product first rate, but after they cleared out, their cleanup was impeccable. How did I and my family feel about their work? We have engaged them to redo all the floors in a family condo and I have scheduled an exterior house painting and kitchen remodel with Josh for the dry winter season. I am happy to recommend this young man for any of your construction needs.

We are extemely satisfied with the work performed. Joshua is very professional and friendly, and all the work was completed on time and very well. We had a time limit that the work had to be completed in as we were going away on vacation,and they worked hard to get everything done on time. The job was performed at the price quoted.
The fence is a much better quality than what we had before and I have no doubt that it will last longer than the last fence we had.. All posts were concreted in and Joshua also used very good quality hardware on the gates. We were very concerned that the fence be completed before we went out of town, so our house would be secured, and Joshua was aware of this concern and took it seriously.
The tile floor looks terrific. Time and care were taken to make sure everything lined up well. The baseboards were removed, and the finish work is great. I was very impressed with how neat they worked, and how they left our home as neat as possible when they were done.
On a personal level, neither I nor my husband are very handy people, and Joshua was great with giving information about what they were doing, and about answering any questions we had. He also took time to teach us things that we didn't know.
We will certainly use this company again, and are already getting estimates for future work we would like done.

Josh knows what he is doing and is advanced beyond his years! He has a very good work ethic.
Josh does an amazing job matching texture and painting, has the tools and equipment to do any job, and he can do anything! Another great thing is that if he is not the subject matter expert or if there is something that is outside the scope of his expertise, he has the resources and contacts to help in these situations and is not too prideful to bring other experts to the job.

From start to finish, Josh Borchard at All Custom Construction provided excellent work at an affordable price. He provided insurance documentation and a quick and reasonable estimate which was below two other estimates for the same scope of work. Once remodeling began, he was always punctual and kept me informed of the progress of the work on a daily basis. He provides exceptional work with an attention to detail. I felt comfortable with him working in the house while I was at work. I found him to be honest, professional and competent. I have recommended him to my family and friends.

I originally hired All Custom Construction to replace wood in preparation for an exterior paint job, So impressed with All Custom Construction Josh, and associates quality of work, work ethic, manners and in general their extreme respect for us and our property. I asked if he would be interested in taking a look at a bathroom I have needed to have remodeled for quite sometime, this was an old style garden bath, that was frankly hazardous to our safety as it was a foot up and two feet down into the tub/shower.

Josh said he was interested so we looked, discussed what we wanted and very quickly Josh was back with an estimate, and a computer type layout of what we had discussed and how it would look. Josh listens carefully and incorporated everything exactly as we had discussed and is very helpful with tile information, will assist with color selection if preferred and is informed on types of tile and the pros and cons of all. He has great ideas and is helpful with whatever questions you have. Josh and crew are perfectionist and go the extra mile with everything.

The job began Feb 29th and was completed as promised 3/23/2012, Josh and associates were here everyday including most weekends (if you allow) and worked in a dedicated and efficient manner with the utmost care and concern for our property, were extremely courteous and respectful throughout project, no slamming doors, no loud music, always checking on noise level, and checking on dust control, dust of course is unavoidable during construction; just be patient upon completion, All Custom Construction dusted all of the furniture to remove construction dust. This company is the best, they go the extra mile in every situation and truly want you to be happy with their work. I chose a paint color and was not happy with MY choice after two coats were applied, so for a small fee Josh and crew repainted the whole room. That is just a small example of how dedicated they are to your being completely satisfied and they still finished job on schedule. Josh and crew do not cut corners, they are informed on most up to date applications and products and because of this you will have a beautiful project that will last and last.

Everything has gone according to plan and Josh and crew were so easy and pleasant to have around, I would hire All Custom Construction without hesitation for any and all future projects and look forward to doing so in the future.

I would say overall the work was excellent. Not only did they complete the job, But the room looks awesome. I would say that the staff is very friendly and very punctual. I would def recommend All custom construction for any remodel work. They even came back by after the job was completed to check and see how we liked everything and just to double check the work they did.
