He completed the work in about 15 minutes and cleaned the area around the vent so it was cleaner than when he arrived. He answered questions I had about the damage not having a clean vent could cause. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had to reschedule due to an unforeseen event, and he was very accommodating.  I liked that he used non-toxic products to clean my carpets, but was told that the stain protection product did not come in a non-toxic version. The carpets dried overnight and they felt soft to the touch. Overall, he did a good job and I'd likely use this vendor again.
