Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. As soon as the inspection was completed, they were at the house within a few days to complete the final installation. Highly recommend this company."

"Contacted TrueBlue on Saturday due to help with a shower knob replacement where the screw seemed to be a bit stripped - probably from previous owner. I couldn't unscrew it with any of my phillips-head screwdriver so tried to enlist some help. TrueBlue offered to have a tech come out and give an estimate the next day, Sunday. Despite being a weekend and just a few days after the hurricane, they showed up early and actually fixed my issue then and there in less than 10 minutes. Didn't charge anything although I was willing to pay. Giving 5 stars due to great communication, friendly and considerate technician, and prompt service. Would do business again, especially since the first "pro" who called me 1 minute after I listed the project did a no-show after we set a mutually agreeable time for an appointment on the same day."
