"Jimmy and his crew were extremely professional, Jimmy explained every step taken from full Pressure washing, scraping old loose paint off, sealing EVERY crack including all-around every window, Sofit, and Eves, Spraying a clear Primer-Sealer to 2 coats of hand-cut brush, and hand-rolled Sherwin-Williams Super Paint. Every Paint Line is razor sharp! They earned every penny we paid and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services!"

"Painting every room in your home is a big deal since they are working in your living space everyday. From start to finish Meticulous did a super job. Keith or ("Hippie" as he's known) is the first person you will meet as he handles all proposals, and my first impression was "I like this company". Keith was professional, friendly and customer service sensitive at all times. Cost was competitive, work started and finished on time, and the painting crew was experienced, high quality and clean. Reduce your stress and call Meticulous for your paint projects!"

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Sanding and pressure washing serve different purposes in deck maintenance, so one is not necessarily better than the other. Pressure washing is ideal for annual cleaning to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. Sanding is a deeper restoration method used to smooth rough surfaces, remove an old finish, and prepare the wood for a new coat of stain or paint. The ideal process for refinishing a deck is to first clean it (with a power washer), then sand it, and finally apply the new stain or finish. While cleaning should be done annually, sanding and staining are typically needed only every one to three years.

There are two ways sandblasting could be dangerous: improper use of the equipment so that the stream touches your skin, and air particles created during the sandblasting process. While the first is easier to avoid and fairly obvious, the second has the potential to be more serious and is much more difficult to understand. This is why you should always hire a pro to sandblast, as they understand the dangers associated with the process. If proper safety measures are taken, then sandblasting is rarely dangerous.

Regular sealing and repainting help maintain the restored surface’s durability.

DIY is possible, but professional services ensure even removal, safety compliance, and proper cleanup.

You can concrete can be done when it’s wet or dry. However, it’s safer when wet, as harmful dust and chemicals are present. Sanding it when dry is faster, but you’ll agitate more dust and chemicals, meaning you’ll need to be more careful.
