"This was a total kitchen remodel in a â mid century modernâ Ft Myers home near the River off McGregor. Roman Raab and his entire team were superb! He and his designers had specific suggestions to improve the â flowâ of the kitchen design. The result is aesthetically pleasing and practical. Roman was able to make great suggestions for countertops, backsplash, flooring, cabinets, all new appliances, lighting, etc. Work proceeded timely - with just a couple breaks due to Covid issues- and I was kept informed of progress at all times. Roman and his team were always accessible. Pricing was very competitive, as well. Just a terrific experience plus a great new kitchen! Note: Project Blue Lines also completely remodeled two full bathrooms at my home at the same time. I am very pleased with this work as well. High quality materials, assistance and advice in selection of those materials, meticulous attention to detail/workmanship. I now have a gorgeous mid-century home with lovely kitchen and full bathroom updates. Very highly recommended."

"We were very pleased with final results.  LHS adhered to the terms of the agreement.  They accommodated our minor preference changes without charge.  Where certain unplanned upgrades were requested, reasonable change orders were provided.  Our only concern was that the items and amounts in the change orders were identified later than expected, but pricing was reasonable.

The highest compliment I make is that Jessie Cueto, the project manager ALWAYS attempted to complete the work to our satisfaction.  He wasn't finished until we were pleased.  He listened to our preferences, and always accommodated our requests.  As a result, a few things took longer than planned, but the end product was worth the wait.
