"This company is superb. This is the third time I have hired them to do this kind of work for me and they never fail to perform to high standards. They arrive on time and do the work without any problems. I am very pleased with their service and will continue to hire them for this work every time. Tony and Darlah are fantastic, they keep in touch confirming price, date and time of service, and are available for any questions or concerns. Awesome company!"
"Pros - Showed up on time, one man crew. Cleaned and sealed (two coats) of sealer. Big job, front yard with a circular driveway and the entire backyard including alongside the house. Went the extra mile and cleaned our three-tiered fountain at no charge. Job looks good. Cons - The equipment used for the job was placed on our lawn and "burned" 4 round areas, killed the grass and turned brown. They did not use a roller around the pool to apply sealer, there was a substantial amount of overspray that coated the surface of the pool. This turned to a fiber-like "tooth-pick". We had to have the pool cleaned a total of 3 times to remove. Our pool service provider said we were lucky not to have any staining or filter damage. When these issues were brought forth to the owner of the company we were told they did not cause these issues and they have never had these issues before."
"A&E did a great job power washing the driveway and entry-way of a rental property I own. They also sent me pictures when the job was complete so that I could see the completed work. They were able to do the job within days of my initial inquiry so they have prompt service. I recommend this company and will use them again in the future. "
"Excellent. Dave was very professional and made sure we were both on the same page before he started. Took care of the plants as best he could with no gutters. Best service we have had to date and we will use Dave’s again."
"Excellent experience! very professional, quick service, I hired them to clean my whole house plus steam cleaning my family room carpet (ground zero kids play area). A++ highly recommend."
Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts
There are two ways sandblasting could be dangerous: improper use of the equipment so that the stream touches your skin, and air particles created during the sandblasting process. While the first is easier to avoid and fairly obvious, the second has the potential to be more serious and is much more difficult to understand. This is why you should always hire a pro to sandblast, as they understand the dangers associated with the process. If proper safety measures are taken, then sandblasting is rarely dangerous.
Regular sealing and repainting help maintain the restored surface’s durability.
Costs depend on paint type, surface condition, labor, and required prep work for repainting.
Soda-blasting systems are slightly more expensive than sandblasting systems. To soda blast, you’ll need to spend a few hundred dollars for a blast hose and nozzle, a compressed air supply, a blast generator, a moisture decontamination system, and sodium bicarbonate media, a recurring cost because the powder is not reusable. To start with sandblasting, you will need to spend upwards of $30 for a blast pot, a blast gun, an air compressor, and sandblasting media, many of which are recyclable—further reducing the cost. The total cost for either will depend on the size of the system.
Yes, many professionals use dustless or water-based blasting methods for reduced environmental impact.
