"Pros - Showed up on time, one man crew. Cleaned and sealed (two coats) of sealer. Big job, front yard with a circular driveway and the entire backyard including alongside the house. Went the extra mile and cleaned our three-tiered fountain at no charge. Job looks good. Cons - The equipment used for the job was placed on our lawn and "burned" 4 round areas, killed the grass and turned brown. They did not use a roller around the pool to apply sealer, there was a substantial amount of overspray that coated the surface of the pool. This turned to a fiber-like "tooth-pick". We had to have the pool cleaned a total of 3 times to remove. Our pool service provider said we were lucky not to have any staining or filter damage. When these issues were brought forth to the owner of the company we were told they did not cause these issues and they have never had these issues before."

"Splash Pressure Cleaning did an exceptional job cleaning our weathered fence. Service was friendly and professional from start to finish. Our fence looks new and they exceeded expectations. We will definitely be using them again!"

"They did a great job! They removed a giant clump bamboo and palm tree stumps. They put in a nice walkway with pavers and truck loads of stones. Put in a new section of sod and planted flowers. Looking forward to hiring them again."

"It turned out to be a pretty good service. I would use them again depending on the price. The workers were pretty good. The guy runs his own business. It was hard to find the right time to come to my house."

"Excellent experience! very professional, quick service, I hired them to clean my whole house plus steam cleaning my family room carpet (ground zero kids play area). A++ highly recommend."

"Simple and painless process from requesting a quote to scheduling the cleaning service and having the job done."

"They did great service as usual"

"Very friendly and professional and easy to work with. Explained the scope of work fully and if I had issues they were fixed immediately. I was happy with their service, and be happy to work with them again."

"Excellent service and quality overall. Welly Corgelas was very responsive and professional in answering all my questions before and during  his service which consisted on detailing work on my European sport cars.
I have tried several companies for this type of service before and the quality delivered by Top Shine has exceeded any of my previous experiences. I will certainly use Top Shine in the future.
