When they came out to complete the work, they said they would guarantee their work for up to 10 years and after a year I am having issues with my roof leaking. They said they will give me a quote for the work but it would not be covered under their guarantee. update: They came back out to fix it. It was a 2 day process. They scraped the whole roof and bagged it all up, and then put that foam insulation up. And I keep the 10 year guarantee."
