They made sure my dryer ducts were completely cleaned out . They had a camera to diagnose my problem. They followed up to make sure the dryer was operating. "Scheduling was easy and technicians arrive on time. However we realized they were not very experienced as they took 4 1/2 hours to clean the evaporator coil. They apparently affected something in the system that took them the extra time to correct. They obviously didn't say what wrong turn they made to end up taking all the extra time to correct. I would recommend this company to make a better job training their techs."
