"Let me begin by saying that Orosco's Flooring Design & Renovations exceeded our expectations in every regard. Julian and his crew were professional and absolutely polite at all times. Here's a brief overview of some of the work we had done: -Total kitchen renovation. Replaced all cabinets, countertops and removed two walls. -Removed laminate flooring and replaced with vinyl planking. -Installed crown molding and new baseboards to match. -Added a wall and removed two walls. Made extensive drywall repairs on walls and ceiling. -Textured and blended walls and ceilings. Paint throughout. -Re-purposed old kitchen cabinets and countertop with sink into the laundry room. -Installed lighting fixtures and moved electrical outlets and switches as required. -Installed sinks and plumbing. We were impressed by Julian's understanding of our 55+ community rules and regulations. They cleaned up thoroughly each and every day and were offsite by dinnertime each day. For those of you in a 55+ community this is a big deal and really minimized the impact upon our neighbors. This was a six week project which was completed on time, on budget and met or exceeded our expectation for quality and workmanship. "The construction done by Lucky and his sons was excellent! The new addition was built stronger than our house! I don’t know that we could have a better job from anyone else. We met Lucky after speaking with 8 other contractors, he had already googled our house so he had an idea of the job before he got here whereas the other contractors wanted pictures first. I liked his confidence and knowledge and he was also an engineer which was reflected in his workmanship. His design was better then we expected or even thought of. As a general contractor he doesn’t always do the site work but he was here much of the time checking on the job. His two sons did most of the hard work and not only were they extremely knowledgeable they were very pleasant to have working in your home. Lucky expected a lot from any of his subcontractors any made sure it was done right and calling them back if he wasn’t satisfied (the concrete guys did a sloppy job on the exterior concrete, not affecting the construction just the outside look of it. Lucky made them come back and fix it without us even having to ask. Anything we asked he went above and beyond to do. Lucky’s contract was the most detailed contract we’d seen protecting both parties. The job took one month longer then expected which I’m sure is normal in construction but due to issues out of his control, like two hurricanes. His initial quote was within the same range as most the others. The job ran $5,000 over budget but that was due to changes made and cost involved was explained first with the option to move forward with it or not. Things like we were going to try and save an existing sliding door that was 28 years old we changed to a nice French door that of course was an additional cost. A budget was set up and explained at the signing of the contract and some things ran higher then projected like concrete, the family room was built over an existing Florida room so the concrete had to be leveled to bring the floor up so there was no longer a step down which cost more. The budget cost was based on a step down which we changed deciding wanted it level. Extra costs were from our changes. If we had not made changes we would have been on budget. I don’t think construction is ever a pleasant experience but I think Lucky and his team got us through it. We most certainly would hire him again."

"The installation of my flooring went incredible!!! I can’t imagine what it may have been like with another contractor with the amount of repairs and unexpected repairs. Terry has great integrity and pride in his work and the finished product. He made sure to check the whole house for dips, sags, and buckled spots in my previous 11 year old flooring before putting the new luxury vinyl in. Terry made sure to explain to me why these needed to be cut away and repaired to ensure the best foundation for new flooring. He repaired water and termite damage to the sub-floor which was a bigger task than anymore could imagine. I could go on and on but to sum everything up if you are looking for a professional, prompt, contractor with integrity you have found your guy!!!!!!! I will be hiring Terry for many more repairs to my home later on down the road."
