When some of the items we purchased at Lowe's for him to install wouldn't work for our purposes, he was well-prepared with supplies on his truck and didn't open our packages, so that we could return them for a full refund. He checked out our water softener and could have sold us a new one, as we thought it was not working. It turned out to be a valve that was left in the wrong position by the previous service person (not from Aces Drain), and the softener functions perfectly now. For our peace of mind re the functionality of the softener, he referred us to a company that does free water quality testing and we confirmed with them that the softener is working. Very honest of Brian, because we did think we were going to have to buy a new unit.

"My irrigation controller blew up from lightning and need it replaced. Chris with Affordable Irrigation cam out on Father’s Day and started working on the repairs. Not only did he install a new unit, he replaced all the damaged wiring to the different zones and made sure everything worked properly including adjusting the spray nozzles. Chris did such a great job, I plan on getting on their yearly maintenance plan. The pricing was far less than expected. You will not be disappointed hiring these guys."

Arnold was very professional and thorough, kept checking all possible problems even after he found the leak, and let us know the rest of our pool plumbing was in good shape. Gave us advice to keep an eye on possible problems. Charge was a little higher because we have a combination inground spa with our pool, meaning more plumbing to check. Very happy with results."

"Plumber was prompt and arrived when scheduled.  He unclogged my bathroom pool toilet.  He then gave me a price for the installation of a laundry tub.  He came the next day and neatly broke through the garage wall to get to the pipes to be able to install  the laundry tub.  This precise cutting of the sheetrock made it possible for my husband to reinstall it  without any problem.  I would recommend this company and will use them again."

"The electrical was already there. They hooked up everything. They took out the old unit and they put in a new unit. It was just a great experience. We were very happy with the product they installed and have had no problems. It went really well. It took them like a day. I had compared prices with other companies. The lower price and high quality that I got from them and excellent customer service made me grade them A overall. I had no complaints whatsoever. They left the service area clean, I didn't even know they were there. What exceeded my expectations was their customer service. Frank is a perfectionist and he performed many tasks that I would have never thought of myself (sanding multiple times before painting, accounting for slope in concrete slab prior to making cuts, etc.)  Our project had an agreed upon price for all labor with material expense charged on receipts provided with no additional markup.  Frank purchased all materials so we did not have to make trips to lumberyards, etc.  He is a very cost conscious person and as such found ways to economize that did not effect the end product.  The work area was totally cleaned at the end of the work day.  At the end of our project we hired Frank to perform some misc. other handyman tasks (garage lights installed, wiring for lighting and receptacles in garage attic, bathroom light/fan installation, closet lighting).  Frank's professionalism, trade knowledge and honesty were evident throughout our interactions with him.  We will use Frank again on other project ideas we have for the future.  We have already referred Frank to friends and neighbors.
