"From the outset, working with Carl has been a very positive experience.  I don't think there is a job out there that Carl could not handle.  I am so impressed with his quality of work, professionalism, price point, ability to meet timelines and more.  It's always evident that he takes a lot of pride in his work, and goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right the first time.  On several occasions, I've encouraged him to go the "easier route" on a certain part of the job, and each time he went the extra mile and did the job properly - even though it took him longer, and the work was likely more difficult for him - you can tell he likes it done the right way.  I am so appreciative of that because the results speak for themselves.  Carl has an excellent work ethic, his integrity both personally and professionally are evident, and I trust him implicitly - there are not many people that I would leave a key under the mat for to perform work while I'm not home, but after a few days of having Carl in my home, I wouldn't give it a second thought.  I'm a new homeowner, and there has been a major transformation since Carl first stepped in the door.  My friends and neighbors all compliment the work that has been done, and it makes going home so enjoyable at the end of a long day!  I would very highly recommend Carl at AJP Construction for anyone looking for a knowledgeable craftsman that can handle almost anything home-improvement related!

"It was such a pleasure to have Jeff fix my aluminum fence and gate. He was professional, did a great job and went above and beyond. He noticed another gate that needed work and went ahead and fixed it. Hassle free!! You will not be sorry."

"PROMPT! PROFESSIONAL! GREAT COMMUNICATIONS! SKILLED INSTALLERS! GREAT PRODUCT AT THE RIGHT PRICE!!!
We received bids from 3 contractors on Angie's List. From my first dealings with the operator at the Gulfstream office, to the salesman, measuring team, installers and a personal call from the owner Barbara after the installation to make sure we were happy, our dealings with Gulfstream Shutters was 1st Class all the way!!!
The installation crew they sent us worked non-stop for 3 1/2 days in high humidity and 90s temps to get the job done. They were professional, courteous, respectful and hard working.
IT JUST DOESN'T GET BETTER THAN THIS!!!
We are very happy customers and will be using them again on our rental house soon.
If you are ever in need of shutters, room additions or any services Gulfstream offers, do yourself a favor and place your order with them.

"I recently broke my leg and was afraid to leave my house because my stairs had no railings, found Arc-One on the internet and they came out the same day. They put a rush on the job and installed the railing the next day. Would recommend them and plan on using them again."

"I was Extremely impressed by the service and work from arc one welding. I love their attention to detail . My gate is the talk of the Neighborhood. I would definitely hire them again."

"Amazing work done. I will recommend them to everyone! 20/10 recommend!"

"I had over 250 linear feet of fence with 3 gates installed in January. It is just beautiful and I enjoy it every morning as I sit on our porch. The guys did a wonderful job of installation. They were very respectful not only of my property, but also that of my neighbors since they had to be in their yards to finish my fence. They quickly dismantled my old fence, hauled it away, and got the posts up for the new fence on the first day. Everything is done legit (permits, surveys, inspections). Bobby came out to give me the free estimate. He was punctual, honest, professional, and straight forward. We found a date that worked with my schedule and demolition started right on time.  Excellent support is offered from their office, as well.  Taylor kept me apprised of any issues and was always available to answer my questions!
While the fence is not cheap (I had one of those before :( ), it is worth every penny!! I am having them come back to stain it once the wood fully dries out. I'm glad there is a true professional fence company near us.
