My name is Ciara and I started cleaning with my mawmaw when I was real young in her business she had going. For years I helped her and when I grew up I've also gained experience with cleaning hotels, as well as condos along the panhandle. I offer several different services. If you feel I could be a good candidate for you just reach out!

"John and his team did a wonderful job of replacing the old screened-in porch at my dad's house which was falling apart. They suggested building a deck out over the cracked/uneven patio, for an additional cost which was a well worth it. They also replaced the support pillars in the front of the house supporting the roof of the porch, which were in major need of being replaced. Overall, they were very professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process, as I do not live in Columbia. John was very quick with the entire process and had the build finished within one week of our initial conversation, which was fantastic. Even though they are a relatively new company, they are professional, diligent, and determined to succeed and provide excellent customer service. Also, their price was quite reasonable and overall, I would highly recommend Tons of Pressure for your deck and patio needs. They are also quite flexible with other services which they can provide based on your needs."

Pressure Washing questions, answered by experts

You should wait until your pavers have completely dried and cured before pressure washing them. Wait at least three to five days, though some sealants may need up to an entire week. Rushing that timeline can mess with the finish, weaken the seal, or leave streaks that are tough to fix. Once the sealant has fully set, stick to a gentle approach. Keep the pressure under 1,500 PSI and hold the nozzle at least two feet from the surface. Anything stronger or closer can blast the joint sand loose or wear down the sealant you just applied.

Yes, a pressure washer uses less water than a garden hose. There are many ways to use a pressure washer, and it can be an eco-friendly hose substitute. While a pressure washer expels water with greater force, it uses 50% to 70% less water than a garden hose. Specifically, hoses put out six to 10 gallons per minute (GPM), while pressure washers only use two to five GPM.

Yes, it is safe to use a pressure washer on your house, but the water pressure is very powerful. If you’re not careful, it can put a hole in your wall or cause injuries to yourself or others. But there are several pressure washing tips you can follow to pressure wash safely, including wearing safety gear at all times.

Sodium bicarbonate does not need to be cleaned up as thoroughly as many of its aggregate counterparts because it is not considered dangerous to the environment, nor to pets or people. While you will likely want to clean up the dust with a shop-vac and some water for aesthetic and comfort reasons, soda blasting cleanup is much simpler than for most sandblasting.

If you’ve looked at power washing before and after photos, you might be wondering if this option isn’t the better cleaning solution for a wood fence. In fact, it just might be, especially if you’re struggling with issues like mold or embedded dirt. Keep in mind that the only difference between these two methods is that power washing uses hot water and pressure washing doesn’t, but sometimes such a small distinction can have a huge impact.
