"Chris was incredibly responsive and engaged during the quoting process. His pricing was attractive and competitive. We needed this project started and completed quickly so we could list the townhome for sale in a jiffy. He was able to accomplish that. We highly recommend and will use his services again. - SI Real Estate Tampa"

"Joe came out and gave us a very fair estimate, he is very friendly and personable. We had to wait for HOA approval and we started roughly a month later. Joe was very easily reachable via phone/text and email. He came out and pressure washed, filled cracks, and then the crew came out and painted. They were very diligent and efficient, covered everything well/moved and replaced things. Joe uses good quality materials and it shows. Our house is stunning and we have received so many wonderful comments. Thanks Joe and Crew!

"Absolutely HANDS DOWN would Highly recommend. ? They went out of their way to find and order (on a holiday weekend when other RV repair companies said they were closed) a new converter for my RV that was blown out when the power went out in our area and I found out I did not have a good surge protector. They helped me with replacing a much better surge protector as well. I have also hired them for additional work to be done with re-sealing my RV roof and 3 slide-outs and to wash/wax my RV. Many Thanks and now my Go-To! Jess."

"Sullivan was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to my request to have squirrels removed from my roof soffits, sealed all potential entry ports and repaired damage done by the squirrels. Communication was great all along the way-easy to get in touch with and always let me know when he would be arriving the day before and when he was on the way to my home. I will confidently have Sully come to my home yearly to monitor our property. I highly recommend Sullivan and Trace for any unwanted critter control. Go Birds (and squirrels too!)"

"Total Home Roofing did a great job. We had 4 different homes that all needed new roofs. to begin with John Carbone was the salesman that came to talk to us he was very professional. Was very prompt. They were very reasonable with the cost. They had the best warranty. John was right there when ever we had a question. They did everything they said they would do. There work was very professional and they did there work very quickly."
