He caught momma raccoon with in two hours of setting the main trap and recovered 4 babies! Sully and his team did a quick and efficient job solving my rodent issue at my home in St. Petersburg. My house was built in 1954 so during his inspection he mentioned the chance of decaying cast iron pipes where the rats could be getting in. And sure enough he was right! He also showed his experience and craftsmanship in his exclusion work! Thank you so much sully for your professionalism and making my home rat free!

We live in Dunedin and had some scurrying in our attic. Sully's came right out and Trevor and Trace did a terrific job sealing up our house and making sure any rodents were dealt with. There were several return visits to re-check traps and then the whole attic was disinfected. I have to say that I really enjoyed working with the guys. Even my dog was in love with them. Professional, lovely and really client satisfaction driven.

Sulley is the guy I've been searching for here in Tampa Bay. Enthusiastic, thorough, responsive and transparent. Nothing reeks of sketchy. Nothing sounds embellished. We had a one week old child and saw a rat in our kitchen at 2am. When I found Sulley on Google Maps the next day, he answered the phone and came to our house the second he had an opening. He explained why and how these rats get inside. It's much more intricate than I ever knew. His team spent all day fabricating and caulking. Repaired doors, sealed thresholds, set traps, cleaned up soffits. It made you really feel like you were being taken care of for the money. He even went as far as cleaning our coat closet from all insulation and disinfecting the areas he found rat evidence. 3 weeks later we have zero evidence of rats. Our house is secure and safe. Do not hesitate to call him first. He's my one-stop shop.

Couldn't be happier with Sully's services. We had a raccoon that had broken into our chicken coop and unfortunately we lost some of our hens. We contacted Sully and he was able to come out the same day, set up a trap for us and removed the c*** before it caused any more trouble. Hopefully we won't have to but if we ever have a problem with wildlife again, we will definitely be calling Sully back. Would give 10 stars if I could!

My husband and I lived in our newly purchased home for a few months before we started to notice rodent activity. We set a couple of traps in the attic and caught a few rats but the noises in our ceilings and walls along with the smell just kept getting increasingly worse despite our efforts. Shortly after handling our primary residence rodent problem, I hired him for another job for one of our rental properties which he handled efficiently. On top of being incredible at what he does, Sulley is genuinely a great guy who I had the pleasure of getting to know over the period he worked on our properties. Sully was great to work with. He was quick to respond, stayed in touch regarding schedule. He had to pull up decking to access the animal and did it without damaging anything. Most amazing was his eager and positive attitude especially considering this “ dirty job. “ Hope I don’t need him again but would highly recommend!!

Sullivan was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to my request to have squirrels removed from my roof soffits, sealed all potential entry ports and repaired damage done by the squirrels. Communication was great all along the way-easy to get in touch with and always let me know when he would be arriving the day before and when he was on the way to my home.
