Frank did a fantastic job on our RV pad. He was very prompt and got the job done expediently. He kept us advised on the progress. I would definitely recommend him to all.

It was different from other landscapers I've used. He was doing the work by himself, but I had done a lot of work to get it ready for him. Things I think he should of done. And he took longer than I expected to get started. Overall, he did a fairly good job.

Frank listened to the concerns I had for my property. He came up with a plan to reshape the sharp slopes on my property and sod what needed to be sodded. He also repaired broken concrete to 2 driveways. He stayed involved and supervised the work himself. He and his crew were a delight to work with. They responded to any concerns. He was reasonable and also reliable to when they would be here and they got the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend Frank. He took care of me like family.

Frank and his crew did a great job removing my backyard sod, grading the soil, and back-filling with new coquina rock material. Frank was great throughout, lots of communication, was here when he said, helped source exactly what we needed, priced the job fairly, and did an excellent job. I moved to Melbourne one year ago. I have been very disappointed by several professionals. Not showing up for the appointment has been common, in addition to not calling to explain the reason for not showing up. FRANK ROSA kept in touch with me at every step of the grading process . He did my adjoining lot that had what looked like a couple dump truck loads of dirt just dumped there many years ago. I needed it graded out so I can plant/mow. A fine job was done for a reasonable price. If I need any more dirt work, I will call him.
