He gave me a price and then told me after starting it would cost me $100 more just to take cut branches away. I did agree to give him $30 more than he had originally asked for. He completely butchered our two backyard trees. He left them looking naked and it will take years for them to even look half decent. He also left numerous small dead branches still attached to the tree. The two trees are a total embarrassment to our property. All I asked for was to trim and thin out small dead branches but he cut of large portions of the large limbs. What a disgrace!!!!

They show up and do a decent job. Leave lots of mulch piles throughout if grass is long tho. Would be nice if they cut in manner whereby grass is mulched better like my last lawn service.
