They offered 2 proposals: (1) clean grout lines or (2) clean and color seal the lines. Each had it pros/cons. We decided to go with their color sealing proposal. The work was professionally done. It was done as outlined and on schedule. It now looks beautiful and we are very pleased."

"They came prepared with all the tools they needed since the first day. The owner was constantly supervising the job and talking to us to make sure everything was according to what we had talked about. It is a job that requires a lot of attention to details and even more if you decide to stain the floors to change the color. Once they sanded the floor, everything else was fast and easy.
