I was impressed with customer service received by Casey and she was very responsive and very thorough explaining the process. Chris was the tech that did the cleaning and he was on time and very curtious and great at his job. He even gave me extra carpet cleaning solution bottle for free. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone."
