"We needed some slight repair work done prior to the cleaning and sealing. Matthew did those and the roof was ready for the next steps. Christin and KD did an excellent job cleaning our moldy roof. In addition, sprayed our landscape shrubs as well as protected the roots. After cleaning, they sealed our roof and it looks brand new! They were very professional and pleasant and kept us informed throughout the process. We especially like Clean Roof's 5 year guarantee."

Clean Leader was started by Monia Heldwein, who begins cleaning houses in 2005. We entered the business part time with just two customers and have grown recently into a full service cleaning business within 15 employees. We now clean over 5,300 houses for year between residential and vacation rentals, throughout the Sarasota, Venice and Bradenton area. Our employees are well trained and kept up to date on new cleaning equipment and supplies through regularly scheduled training meetings. All new employees go through a screening and background check before their first day on the job. They also receive cleaning procedures and safety training before working in your house. We, at Clean Leader believe that your home should be cleaned to exceed your highest expectations. "Just had Tom come and clean out our dryer vent today! He said it was really gummed up and there was even a birds nest developing. Got it cleaned out and he even fixed the connection hose. Highly recommend this company!!"
