They were professional and friendly. They did a great job covering the specific areas I requested focus on. The only downside was that I was quoted a price. When they arrived I confirmed that same price was correct with the service considering the quote was site unseen except they said it was an extra $20 for the first time. I was not prepared for that and feel this non disclosure gave them an edge over the other estimates I received. But overall excellent service and I would hire them again, unless they hit me with a $20 extra fee again when they arrive.

We feel highly lucky that Angie's list enabled us to find ND Sparkle Cleaning. They promptly returned our call to set up an estimate, gave a very reasonable estimate, and their cleaning is amazing. As other reviewers have mentioned, they work hard, are very nice people, and leave the house looking sparkling clean. Very highly recommended. They are very motivated to meet our expectations (they exceed them) and totally flexible about working with our requests. The price I quote is to clean our 3400 SqFt house, with 3 full baths, 1 half bath, total of 5 toilets (2 in master).

Team of 3 showed up early and proceeded to clean my requested areas very thoroughly.They also took it upon themselves to clean other areas that needed cleaning but I hadn't requested due to storage items that made cleaning those areas difficult.

After trying 2 other companies where the service was fair and the price was high, I decided to contact ND Sparkle Cleaning based on their reviews. From their initial visit to view my home and provide an estimate I was immediately impressed and setup bi-weekly cleaning. After 2 cleanings my home is Sparkling clean and I am extremely pleased with their service. They are reliable, trustworthy and extremely pleasant and they do a fabulous job. They are also pet friendly and don't seem to mind working around my 4 legged pest. I would highly recommend ND Sparkle Cleaning for all of your cleaning needs.
