"They showed up to our home and removed all the tile in the bathroom shower and around the tub. They raised our shower head and handle and I asked about the height of the shower handle as I thought it was too high. I was assured once they raised the floor I would see it wasn't too high. They installed the drywall and started installing the tile in the bathroom. I noticed many tiles that seemed off (crooked or cut wrong) and periodically would point this out and they would replace it. They tiled the shower and again I said the handle seemed too high but they hadn't poured the floor and raised it yet. After pouring the shower floor they advised we couldn't stand on it. They then started putting the tile floor in. Once the tile was in they advised not to stand on it or use the shower until the following day. They poured the floor and moved to the kitchen and started the kitchen backsplash. I really noticed a lot of tiles that were cut wrong chipped and offset. When I first pointed this out he said the grout would hide this. That was unacceptable and I made them change it. The finished job today has crooked grout lines and tile cuts that make me think is saw blade may need replaced. He said he would fix it but never did. The backsplash in the kitchen needs removed and replace. My spouse paid the contractors because I wasn't home at the time. I came home to find that they gouged my tub in several places and none of the kitchen tile issues were fixed as promised. The very next day when we stood in the master shower for the first time the shower handle was as high as my chin and I'm 5'10. The floor slants at such an angle that standing in the shower to shower is a balancing act. We contacted him and he said he would come out in a week to review all of our complaints. He then said that we approved everything and stopped communicating with us. We now have to hire someone to come in and redo the job. The floor slants too far to the drain The shower handle is too high and off center The caulk work around everything in the bathroom is excessive and sloppy There are still tiles in the master bathroom that sticking out The tile and porcelain step around the shower door is off with gaps filled with grout There are kitchen tiles with jagged cuts and crooked grout lines at end of the kitchen counters. I have pictures of everything. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH DJ TILE CORP!"

"Andy and A&R landscaping did a back yard remodel project for us. When we met for the first time, he made sure to listen to our needs and how we wanted to use the space. He made note of our budget, but was sure to tell us that his goal was to create a vision for the space and then we would work together to meet the budget. Sure enough, he came back with a great vision… a truly revolutionary idea for the space. Yes, it was over our budget, but as he promised, he showed us the possibility and was fully committed to working with us to do what we could do within our budget. We met in a good place and signed the contract. His primary team of workers have all been with him for a long time, it is truly a family type of business. He does use contractors for special needs (electric, etc), but all of those contractors have been with him a long time as well. Each of his team was simply great. They were kind, considerate, addressed our every concern and made simple adjustments on the fly as we looked at the progress. They cleaned the area every day… while it was obviously under construction, they left everything outside the fence incredibly clean and tidy. Even my neighbors noted how pleasant and courteous the team was. Since the original installation, we have had a few problems with faulty irrigation parts. Andy and his team have been quick to respond and fixed to our satisfaction. The end result was a transformed back yard living area. We did not do everything in the vision that Andy provided, but we got the majority of it and always have the infrastructure to do more. We will definitely use A&R for our pending front yard remodel. Simply stated… Andy thrives on creating great living spaces and beautiful landscaping, he understands how to work within the customers means, and his team goes above and beyond to deliver in the way you would want someone working on your home. I cannot give a higher recommendation for A&R Landscaping."

"He is a scammer! He will take the deposit and run! My best friend hired him to put bricks around his house as a walkway! The deposit was $4,000 up front! He never did the job at all! About a year later he hired someone else! It cost $12,000 by the real professionals! He did take him to court and he never showed up! Do your research before giving your hard earned money away! Run from this man! He is a scammer!"
