Esposito's removed the old lawn, filled in the low spots and laid a high quality sod. Monique Esposito has totally revamped the hodge-podge overgrown front beds (see pictures) and the landscaping around the pool. We cannot wait to see how beautiful they will look when the plants start to mature. She listened to our input and presented a well organized plan complete with plant pictures and specific pricing. We literally did not have to do anything except move the garden decor. Their crew were so professional and worked a long, hard day to transform the yard in one day! Anthony Esposito is scheduled to fine tune the irrigation heads and build a pad for the trash cans. Esposito's follows up to be sure that everything is healthy and properly watered and is very communicative and responsive. We have also hired them to maintain the beds and control the weeds in the sidewalk and between the pavers in the triple-wide driveway. The city also told me I didn’t need a driveway inspection (even setting up the permit without one), yet it was required. If Sunny Concrete didn’t ask me to make sure about that, it would have been another headache from the city. So I’m appreciative for that."
