I got quotes from 8 different companies and although I did find cheaper pricing I decided to move forward with Mr. Michael because of his fast response, professionalism, communication, punctuality, and quality of work. His pricing was fair and the amount of value he delivered proves I made the right choice. I went with aluminum rails and wood handles. I placed my order March 2nd 2023; Mr. Michael came with an assistant took all the necessary measurements, and by March 14th his team installed everything (Way before the estimated time he had given 3-4 weeks) I had stressed how important I needed the rails before March 17th and he went above and beyond to make it possible.
