"I have had them come three times, and they are great. First, I had them inspect my A/C recently purchased. The house was built in 1993 in The Villages. The unit was installed in 2018 and was in good working order. They also inspected all of the vents, and they were dirty and moldy. They recommended having the vents professionally cleaned, which I agreed to. This upgrade was one of the best things I have had done to the house. All of the vents had dark spots on the ceilings, which I tried to clean; however, I could not get the dirt off. They brought in a vary powerful machine with a long, large brush that spun around inside the ducts and sucked the dirt and mold into a vacuum. After the cleaning, they caulked all of the vents to keep moisture from going into the ducts. The cleaning was completed about two months ago, and in this time frame, my ceilings are no longer dirty; the dirt that was there has been blown away with the clean air.
