"Jason is just an amazing human being! He explained the duct cleaning process throughly to me. He discussed the benefits of cleaning all the ducts and return vents as opposed to doing nothing. He took before and after pictures which gave me a clear understanding of how dirty the ducts were and how essential it was to clean them. I was pleased with all his hard work (protecting furniture, cleaning the ducts, and cleaning up any mess made) on a very hot and humid day! "The service went great. Darren showed up right on time and went straight to work. He explained the entire process to me and let me watch along side him. Unfortunately the dryer vent was very clogged. The last part of the service includes going on the roof and cleaning out the vent cap. This includes a video with audio illustrating the vent being completely freed of debris. The dryer is now in great working order again. Would definitely recommend Fresh Air Services."
