The entire process of working with Chuck and his installers was a positive experience. My wood floor had water damage from the hurricane and since the flooring had been discontinued, I had no choice but to fully replace my downstairs floor. From the quote to picking out a replacement options, through install. Chuck was very easy to work with. The installers were here for two days to do the job and were quick and friendly. The floor looks great and I’m very happy with the experience. I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

We had our floors for the entire house installed in late January 2021. The flooring looked beautiful; it was Armstrong luxury vinal planking essentials. Soon after we began to notice noises coming from the floor as you waked across it. We had hoped it would be temporary and would eliminate itself. Over time it has not. Mr. Harrow came to the house on November 29, 2022 and offered to repair a section of the kitchen with the leftover planking but this would only address one room. Sadly, it’s the entire house. After reaching to the Armstrong Flooring, we were told that they were out of business.

They did an excellent job. They did the work quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and truly cared about the work they were doing for you and made sure you were happy and satisfied with the job they were doing.

chuck harrow came to the house on sat 21st assessed the floor's damaged. chuck then shared his professional plan for repair and added a contract list of the necessary steps for completion and cost chuck also informed that he had to consult with installers for scheduling. we're looking forward to continuing our plan with chuck. Amy called referred by chuck. Amy said they would be coming Monday 3-30-2020 at 10am. we're looking forward to their arrival! we'll see. Amy and Mario arrived and repaired the damage

most positive experience with a contractor. Installation team were outstanding. They were positive up beat and very skilled. we will do the rest of the house due to this experience. Would higly recommend this company without reservation.

They were excellent and good. I really liked their service they did everything they said that they are going to do. they finished on time and has the good quality of flooring.

Jeff and Jerry were fabulous. They were both perfectionists who insisted on staying as long as it took for our floor to look perfect. They stayed 8 hours longer than anticipated. They were punctual, experienced and clean.
